today announced the appointment of Darrin Lamont to the position of
vice-president, Sales & Customer Operations. Vonage Canada is a subsidiary of

Mr. Lamont is responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention
by ensuring Vonage Canada delivers an outstanding customer experience at every
contact point. Mr. Lamont is also charged with building solid partnerships

highest standards of operational efficiency and quality for Vonage Canada's
customer operations and call centre.
Prior to joining Vonage Canada, Mr. Lamont held progressively senior sales
management and sales engineering roles at well-known telecommunication
providers such as Sprint Canada, Bell Canada and GT Group Telecom. He holds a
Bachelor of Commerce degree from Montreal's Concordia University, a
Certificate in Telecommunications Management from Toronto's Ryerson University
and has completed the Executive Sales Management program at Kingston's Queen's
University.
