Darrin Lamont is a 'customer experience evangelist'. He truly believes that the ticket to market leadership and brand loyalty lies in delivering an unbeatable and unforgettable customer experience at every level. It's about far more than quality, reliability, service, value and system simplicity. It's about being able to see things through the eyes of our customers, and being able to apply that customer focus so that customers are nothing less than spellbound after every experience with Vonage Canada.

As Vice-President of Sales and Customer Operations for Vonage Canada, Mr. Lamont's goal is to drive customer acquisition and retention to unprecedented heights by ensuring Vonage Canada provides the gold standard in customer care.

Mr. Lamont is also charged with building incredible partnerships with suppliers and sales channels for Vonage Canada, as well as ensuring the company maintains the highest possible standards of operational efficiency for sales, installation, service and billing.

Mr. Lamont holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec, a Certificate in Telecommunications Management from Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario and has completed the Executive Development Program in Sales Management at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. He lives in Oakville, Ontario, with his wife and three children.
